Want to make a short for Sonic Shorts Volume 8? Simply make a short following the guidelines below.
I can't give a release date of the volume, sorry. The animators finish their work at random.
-----Requirements & Rules to join Sonic Shorts-----
-No sprites or tracing
-Shorts must be decent quality
-Decent quality audio(if you need voice actors please ask)
-No nudity
-Shorts can be up to a 1 minute long or as short as you want.
-These are joke shorts, not serious shorts
-Stay away from "Sonic runs and gets hit by something" jokes, we get too many of those.
-Size is 550 x 400
-Framerate is 30 FPS
-No unofficial characters
-Default color background-white
-ActionScript- 2.0
-Must be made in a flash program.(Adobe Flash, Liveswif, or other flash related programs)
-Have fun!
When your done send your .fla to thewax78@hotmail.com
It will then be reviewed by moderators of Sonic Paradox, if 3 members approve the short then its in!

This looks pretty empty for quite a while. I wonder how long you guys progressed on the shorts?
Anyways, great job with the previous shorts. They simply made me LOL and I am now anticipating for Part 6 to come out. I wish I could animate but I don't have Illustrator or Flash knowledge to do it, plus I am not that great with drawing. Hehe, later and best of luck to your future collabs.

I can honestly say I'm gonna miss this series. It was reall fun while it lasted, and once I started reading the sonic comics, it made even more sense at some points. The jokes are all extremely funny, and some of them really made me think of my days of playing sonic in my youth. Oh wait. I'm still in that. Make that in my earlier youth. Like the double springs thing. I always hated those. I would fall in and always jumped out into the wrong direction. but I'm rambling. Other jokes I loved: the chloroform joke, and sonic being gay with tails. Honestly, that wouldn't surprise me more than 50% shocker. I mean, tails IS younger. In closing. Awesome series, and may it's memories live on to the final days of Newgrounds. If there is one.

The creepiest one was the easter egg from volume 5. MAN IT WON'T LET ME SLEEP!!
Sonic shorts 6 (part1 & 2) will have tails doll creepy scenes too? Tell me so I can avoid those scenes. and Knuckles's briefs too?

Tails Dolls appears at least once in every sonic short. Knuckles Briefs had the Knuckles Doll.

I have report for you, thewax. Slicer's first appearance was in Sonic 2. I played it today, and I faced it in the level Metropolis. Sonic 2 appeared earlier than CD. So, you got a small mistake there. Also, pissed off when it throwed the blades=P
Oh, I mixed up Slicer(Sonic 2) & Kama-Kama(Sonic CD). I'll fix it in the next character page update.

Hey i see you and your animators do quite alot of work...good job now all i ask is this please may i join your animating?i have flash 8 theres no nudity in my animations but the last time i uploaded it to NG was nearly a year ago!ive gotten a hell of alot better since then so please may i be a animator?
